10 Year Anniversary Flyer & Illustration
Shaffy’s Tuin is a joyful little urban jungle tucked behind Amsterdam’s busy streets. Part community garden, part secret oasis, part bee's paradise. For their 10th anniversary, I created a flyer that captures the vibrant energy of this place: buzzing, blooming, and full of life.
As a proud (and slightly dirt-stained) member of the garden myself, I had the chance to celebrate this milestone with an explosion of colours, bold shapes, and happy chaos. From avid readers and giant watering cans to fluffy bees doing their flower rounds. Shaffy’s is all about growing organic food and flowers, growing community, and occasionally growing absurdly large pumpkins. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and phones stay in your pocket. A place where you can trade your emails for earthworms, your screen time for sunlight, and your work stress for watering cans. This pro bono project was a total joy to create. It’s not often you get to combine a cause you love with a style that lets you run wild. Plus, I finally got to draw an earthworm that looks like it's having a good time 🌻🐝🍉
