Spar Supermarket | Packaging design
These labels are part of an extensive project I'm very happy to have worked on as a designer at Barcelona based studio Disenius, and for its client Spar Supermarket. The project involved redesigning the entire product line of Spar for their Spanish market. More than 2000 different packagings and labels were redesigned in around 2+ years time. My mission was to introduce a dynamic, modern and refreshing look to the existent articles, and implementing a consistent design to establish the brand. Although the design system and guidelines were set up by the art director, each product introduced a new challenge and problem that I had to find a solution to. A very fun way to learn more about packaging design+labeling, printing materials and techniques.
In this case, for the hazelnut chocolate spreads I have created a fresh design and mouth watering imagery that was consistent across the various types of containers, as well as within the entire product line over the different sections, helping the brand gain recognition among their consumers.
